Because our products are custom embroidered and made just for you, we do not accept returns or refunds for personalized items unless there is a mistake on our part or the item arrives damaged.

Please review all names, initials, colors, sizes, and personalization details carefully before placing your order. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

If your order arrives with an error, defect, or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will gladly offer a replacement, correction, or refund where appropriate.

Non-personalized items may be returned unused and in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
